Koh Lanta Island is located in the Andaman Sea off the western coast of Southern Thailand, between the well-known Koh Phi Phi Islands (The Beach) and the mainland of Krabi province. The island is approximately 70 km from Krabi Town, 30 km from Koh Pee Pee Island and 80 km from Pulau Phuket. Koh Lanta consists of two major islands: the larger, more populated Koh Lanta Yai and the smaller Koh Lanta Noi Island to the north.
Koh Lanta Yai is a hidden paradise of Thailand and home to 9 fabulous beaches. It is covered by tropical forest and surrounded by coral reefs and splendid underwater life. Numerous diving spots surround the island, some of them considered by many to be some of the best diving sites Thailand has to offer. Most of Koh Lanta Island is covered by well preserved tropical nature, rain forested mountains and coconut and rubber plantations.

Lanta escape-cabins is located at the northern end of Phra-Ae Beach, which is also known as Long Beach, on Koh Lanta Yai Island, on the mountain side of the main road where the scenery is richer in tropical green and more quiet. Phra Ae Beach is situated in the northern part of Koh Lanta Island and is a 4 kilometre long stretch of white sand and crystal blue calm water. The distance from escape-cabins Koh Lanta to Pha Ae Beach is approximately 300 metres or 3 minutes by mountain bike, which is provided free of charge to each guest room at Lanta escape-cabins. This distance to the beach is perfect to avoid noises from beach parties, bars and fireworks at night.

Saladan is also the arrival point of the car and passenger ferries operating from Krabi, Koh Phi Phi Island and Koh Phuket. The spacious interior comes with 3.5-metre-high ceiling, generous-sized bed with quality mattresses, a refrigerator with minibar, a flat-screen TV with 71 satellite channels and a fine view of lush tropical nature surrounding the facility. Each villa is also equipped with a PC with internet connection at free of charge. Our Living type villa as well as the Cottage also feature an equipped kitchen with dinning area. The exotic bathrooms come with bare cement wall, hot water shower and a hairdryer.

Our living type villa features a closed kitchen and a dining area if you are planning a long-term rental with a cooking facility. For family vacationers who need separate bedrooms, our Folks villa offers two joint rooms with well-insulating connecting doors in-between and a bathroom in each room. Finally we also have a family-size cottage of 93 sqm with a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom that can be a perfect fit for your needs whether you are long-term or family vacationer, or even both.
If you need to take a break from the salty water of the Andaman Sea, our swimming pool is the perfect alternative to enjoy the sun and water in more private and quieter surroundings. With a limited number of guests staying at our place, the pool never gets crowded. Rather you can very often enjoy the luxury of using this scenic swimming pool just for yourself.
