above rates are per night, quoted in Thai Baht and include service
charge and applicable government taxes. |
| Each
room is provided for 2 persons, a third person over the age of
12 years has to use an extra bed (maximum one per room). The above
room rates include ABF (American Breakfast) for 2 persons. The
price for extra bed includes ABF (American Breakfast) for 1 person.
Children under 12 years sharing the room with their parents and
using existing beds are charged at 100 Baht for ABF, children
under 3 years stay free. |

we will send a temporary confirmation to you together with the

Confirmation
Should our offer meet your requirements kindly confirm back
to us by e-mail or fax and remit 50 % of the total amount 1
month before the check-in date at latest. |

The final balance has to
be paid to the hotel during your stay, we accept VISA &

Documentation
As banks in Thailand are not able, to provide any information
about the sender of incoming payments (domestic and overseas),
we have to request a copy of your signed and stamped remittance
order. This is your responsibility, otherwise we do not know,

Cancellation
Any booking, for which the 50 % advance payment was not received
1 month before arrival, will be cancelled without further notice. |
| |
Refund
Should you have to cancel a booking, for that payment was made
already, we will refund the complete amount by deducting the costs
for the remittance to your account. If you have to cancel a booking,
less than 14 days prior to your check-in date, we regret, but
we have to charge one additional night and will refund the remaining
amount by deducting the costs for the remittance to your account.
Early check-out is charged at 1 extra
night. |
